- Pay the lawyers as much as possible. About 13- 20% more on average for the same full time hours in a top tier law firm. Pay profit share, equity and bonuses at all levels.
- Reward lawyers for behaviour which makes the firm more successful. Encourage fun and creativity which leads to better results for clients.

We’re interested in independent, team-minded people with integrity and excellence who want to be part of a next generation firm. Ideally you’ll have:
- Experience in a top 8 firm, a minimum of 4 years PAE- up to Partner level
- Experience in either general corporate, intellectual property, IT, trade practices, competition, local government, entertainment and general compliance
- In-house experience (optional, but a plus)
- Openness to innovative IT and project management systems
