Alternative billing

Our one-of-a-kind billing system links fees to client satisfaction. Every month we ask clients how well we are performing. Based on the results, clients can choose to adjust add or deduct up to 20% of our fees depending on how satisfied they are with our service.

We also work closely with our clients to develop alternative pricing structures that best serve their needs. Depending on the nature of the matter, the variables involved and the time frame, Optim Legal offers clients:

  • Fixed-fee pricing;
  • Flexible retainers;
  • Event-based billing; and
  • A combination of these options.
