Blown away…
I have been ‘blown away’ by the ‘unorthodox’ approach demonstrated by Sydney (Sydney Birchall – Senior Lawyer, Commercial and Intellectual Property). Not only do I feel totally comfortable dealing with him as a person, but he is actually more worried about my financial commitment (legally) than I am – a refreshing position to be in when dealing with a law firm.
I am not sure what recipe you use but you have certainly produced an amazing infrastructure. I am now an evangelist when it comes to Optim legal. Clearly you have managed to recruit and retain some ’serious’ talent in your firm. HOLD ON to these individuals, they are people who I will return to again and again with any legal dispute.

The little things that add up and make a big difference
An ex colleague and a CFO of private equity backed organisation referred me to Optim Legal. I was a bit cynical at first having dealt with numerous professional services in a previous life’s. But I needed advice with respect to Trademarks and other matters concerning the start-up of my business, so I gave Optim Legal a call and wasn’t I pleasantly surprised.
