- We clearly scope all new matters and keep clients informed of about progress and costs on a regular basis. Our scope of work includes what is expected in terms of legal advice, stages of litigation, timeframes and costs.
- We staff our cases efficiently. A typical matter is run by a partner level lawyer supported by at least one junior. The senior lawyer has direct control over the work to reduce duplication and provide our clients with a primary point of contact.
